“Do you have a minute? James Worthy is outside in the hall and wants to come say hello.”

Tom looked up from his seat in his dressing room backstage at The Forum and smiled. A long-time Lakers fan, Tom knew all too well what it meant to have Big Game James come calling in the building he and his Showtime Laker teammates made famous. Hopping up from his seat, Tom crossed the room just as the Hall of Fame power forward and current Lakers commentator opened the door, and the two laughed and smiled while shaking hands.

The stars came out in spades for Tom and the band’s final shows of the 2014 Hypnotic Eye tour, two hometown affairs at one of rock ’n roll’s hallowed halls, The Fabulous Forum. Backstage hallways were filled with family and friends before the show, buzzing with anticipation and excitement. Mike Campbell roamed from room to room, strumming an acoustic guitar. Dhani Harrison, son of George, chatted with Scott Thurston and Steve Ferrone.

A few minutes after Steve Winwood wound down his opening set, Tom called for the band to have one last word before they took the stage for the last time of the tour.  As the group gathered in the hallway outside their dressing room, Tom stood next to his tour manager Richard Fernandez, who waited quietly with his flashlight in hand ready to lead them to the stage.

“Well, it’s our party, guys,” Tom said with a laugh, looking around at his friends and bandmates over the last 35-plus years. “Let’s go do it."

Three hours before tickets go on sale, and I haven't received a promo code. Is there another way to see it? I really, really, really want to buy tickets! :)

It's less than 48 hours before pre-sale for this begins on Mon Aug 11th - where is the pre-sale password/code?  Please don't tell me it's the same as prior ones from several weeks ago, because I didn't save any of those emails after purchasing tickets...
