THERE IS MAGIC HERE!
I have discovered it or it has discovered me. It is in the way you let your music come in a subconscious stream that flows through your talented hands and voices and creates songs that become essential to their listeners. Learning to Fly is so much THAT in concert especially when Tom uses the audience for the chorus, something about that chord progression as well that is simply comforting. Really special stuff, very good for these hard times.

Dear Benmont
I finally got to listen to this special and I want Benmont to know that I would gladly accompany him to Paris. I don't think my husband would mind. Can't wait to get Mystery of Love. That will be icing on the Mojo cake. I love cake!

Howie
It is nice to here eveybody comments from all you heratbreakers fans, even if my questions did not get a respond. I would like to tak to you guys some day and meet you. I have been collecting Howie's guitars and have his 1960 white fender p base with a few more and do respect to all the heartbreaker and you Tom in which he was a big part of the band. How much did his impact with the band help you form the sound you have today? Forever a Heatbreaker fan and I will see you guys front row on July 20th for another great show. Thanks you guys for all the great music over the years, been there from the start. Mark.

Nearly half a century ago, Duane La Fleche proposed in his weekly column in the Albany Times Union that the New York Philharmonic eschew an offer to make its summer residence in Stowe, Vermont and instead set up shop in Saratoga Springs. “It seems very wrong,” La Fleche wrote, “that a New York orchestra should have to look outside the State for a summer residence. Wouldn’t the State Reservation at Saratoga Springs make a nice location?”
