8 Live Tracks from Summer Tour Ready Tomorrow for All Tour Ticket Purchasers

We are excited to announce that the live tracks from this year's Mojo Summer Tour will be available for download beginning tomorrow Tuesday December 14.

Every person* who purchased a ticket to the tour** will be sent an email tomorrow with instructions on how to download 8 live tracks specially selected by the band. Members of the Highway Companions Club will receive an email with instructions on how to download 14 live tracks (link to 14 song article)

The Mojo Tour live tracks were included in the price of your tour ticket and will be available in a choice of three high quality digital formats: 320K MP3, FLAC, and Apple Lossless. Information about each digital format can be found on the download page.

Also included in the price of the your ticket along is a download of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers' Grammy Nominated album Mojo. If you bought a ticket to the summer tour but have not yet downloaded your copy of Mojo included with your ticket, it is not too late. You will receive instructions tomorrow via email on how to download Mojo in addition to the 8 live tracks.

*Please note: Download codes are sent to the person that actually made the ticket purchasing transaction. So for example, if a person purchased four tickets to a show for themselves and their friends or family, that person was sent four codes which they can then forward to the rest of their group. So make sure to ask whoever in your group actually made the ticket transaction for a code if you have not already!

orange2001 - 4 March, 2011 Update: 8 live tracks So, I finally heard back from tompetty@b3custserv.com, they do respond, you just may need to be persistent! I got my live TP tracks. I'm a happy camper!

orange2001 - 2 March, 2011 Didn't receive email for 8 live tracks Has anyone who didn't receive an original email with a download code for the 8 live tracks ever hear back from tompetty@b3custserv.com or get this resolved? I only received an email in December notifying me that I'd be receiving an email the next day with instructions on how to download the live 8 tracks, but never did receive the email. I've written to them twice in the past week, but have yet to hear back. There's also a link on the Tom Petty website in the Jan. 12, 2011 "Current News" for downloading the tracks, but this link is not working. Ugh! It's so frustrating, that there isn't anyone to contact for help. I don't understand why this hasn't been dealt with yet! If someone can help me out, please write to me kashmir5150@hotmail.com

Zee - 1 March, 2011 Oops I had just notified you all that I was unable to download Mojo and the 8-tracks (concewrt ticket purchaser) then I found this: **Please note: digital download of Mojo and Mojo Tour live tracks are not available as part of tickets purchased for the Sept 23, 2010 show in Tulsa, OK." Why is it that the fans that drove for miles from other states to Tulsa to see Tom Petty were left out of this deal? Just curious... Thanks

Cracker - 5 January, 2011 No code I never received an email with codes in it, only an email saying that an email would be sent...why has this whole thing been so hard?

pennewize - 23 December, 2010 FLAC Won't Work...Need Apple Lossless Thanks to TP and company for the additional live tracks from the tour, which I saw in Philadelphia. Got the email with the download links and selected FLAC format, which don't work on my system for some reason. (never had a FLAC problem before) I now need the Apple lossless format in its place, but the email link automatically downoads the corrupt (or whatever is wrong with them) FLAC files. I sent an earlier email to the TP customer service (?) and am waiting for any reply. Any comments appreciated, especially if you have a fix for the FLAC files.

lisalisa - 16 December, 2010 live tracks.... when i tried to download the tracks it frozeup then said my code was used and wouldnt be valid, called live nation and the guy knew about it and said they would send out a new email when they got the glitch fixed, still waiting....

Stewie - 15 December, 2010 Download Code I never received the download code, nor did I receive the official e-mail. The only e-mail I received was on December 13th saying that the videos would be ready tomorrow the 14th, which was yesterday and they still aren't available.

janb - 13 December, 2010 Mojo Tour We saw the Mojo Tour in Nashville @ the Bridgestone this summer with Crosby, Stills and Nash opening. What a wonderful concert!!! CSN were awesome openers. Tom and the Heartbreakers just blew us away!!! Mojo songs and classic songs were all stellar! The set was gorgeous and the sound was wonderful!!! We were in the 16th row and really loved it!!! The crowd stood for the whole show and everyone was singing and rocking out!! Thank you so much for the live downloads -- that is just the best way to round out the tour!!! TP is so good live that I'm sure we will play the downloads a lot!! Can't wait!!! Jan
