If you are an HCC member you should have had the code emailed to you. If you haven't received it, go to the TOURS page and scroll down a little - if you're logged in, your code will be in a box on the left just above the two red stripes.
For the public sale you don't need a code.

Please read these comments and respond. Where is this mysterious pass code? If you truly want to sell tickets (sale or presale), provide us a link in which to do so. There is nothing but "info" links which toggle back and forth to two pages

I'm also a HCC member, free membership, where is the pass code? Do I need to be a premium member? WTF?

Was this for Colorado? I got this message also. In the end I went directly to the Ticket Horse website and got in that way. It certainly was a nerve wracking and tricky presale.

Can you get a code with a free membership or do you have to pay for the premium membership?

Kept clicking on "ticket" as infor instructed, however continued to receive message that it wasn't time for purchase yet. Finally clicked on "premium package" (5 minutes later!) and it took me to the ticket site. FYI for the rest of you.
Postal code doesn't work
I have a 5 digit postal code in and it keeps telling me to put in a 5 digit postal code. I can't pay for my package with this problem.

rk66- hopefully you have figured this out by now, but, if you go to the tour page, your personal code for ticketmaster, and a link to ticketmaster, should be there. Also, if you are going to try to buy a premium package ticket the code and link to that website are there. Hope it all worked out for you...

I've been waited for the code and have been trying for the last 3 hour, what gives?
