We are aware that Highway Companions Club members attempting to purchase tickets for shows in countries other than their home country were very frustrated when they were unable to purchase these tickets on Wednesday and Thursday when the presales opened.
This was due to an issue pertaining to "will-call" on the ticketing site that that has now been fixed.
That being said, we want to do our absolute best to make sure that our "International" Highway Companions Club members still have a shot at the best possible tickets still available for the shows of their choice.
If you are a Highway Companions Club member trying to purchase presale tickets for a show outside of your own home country, you may either try again now on the ticketing site (links availble from the Tours page for logged in members) or we can try to help you on a personal level in an effort to make amends as much as possible for the errors on the ticketing sites.
If you are a Highway Companions Club member who would like to buy tickets for a show outside of your home country, and would like to pursue contacting us directly for these tickets (as opposed to going through the now functional ticketing sites,) we have a small number of quality seats set aside that we would like to offer up for sale to you exclusively.
In order to request these tickets, please follow these instructions extremely carefully:
1. Go to the 'Contact Us' form on the on the Help page
2. Select 'International Ticket Ordering Issues' from the Topic List
3. Complete the form and the description box include your address*, the show(s) you would like to attend, and the number of tickets you would like to buy for that show(s) (Please note: no more than 4 tickets per show and no more than 6 tickets total throughout the entire tour can be purchased by a single Highway Companions Club member.)
*We promise we will not share your personal information with anyone other than our customer service team. Period.
The information provided to us in the manner outlined above will be sent to our customer service team and we will work to secure tickets for you. Upon verification of the information you provide, someone from our team will reach out to you to confirm the seat location and to coordinate payment for the tickets.
Please note - we will be cross-referencing your Highway Companions Club username, presale access code and address, to ensure that you are indeed a member trying to buy tickets to a show in a country other than your home country- and, that you have not already exceeded your Highway Companions Club tour ticket limit.
We are trying to help those who were shut out of the initial presale and do right by our members to the absolute best of our abilities.
We will not tolerate people attempting to falsely take advantage of this situation.
