Tom & Mike Join JJ Cale In Santa Monica, CA

Over the weekend JJ Cale kicked off his first solo tour in five years at the venerable McCabe’s Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, CA. Halfway through Cale’s set at McCabe’s on Saturday March 28, Tom and Mike took the stage unannounced to join Cale on “Crazy Mama” and “After Midnight.” Tom and Mike stayed on for the rest of the set which included a rare version of Cale’s “I’d Like To Love You, Baby.”
