As a 35 year fan of TPHB and one whose evening came to an abrupt "see ya" on June 9th at the Fonda, I'd like to say that I don't regret one second of that magical night. Yes, it was traumatic. Yes, I am disappointed. Yes, I would appreciate a refund. But...the best thing that TPHB could do for those of us who were in attendance at the June 9th show would be for them to come back and play for us again. No monetary amount will compensate for lost time with this incredible group of musicians. I would happily fly down to LA from Eugene OR again and in a heartbeat if they would make this happen. Whatever TP decides to do for us, I know that he has the interest of fans at heart.
The Fonda Theater should compensate as it was their error that led to the shut-down. Step-up Fonda and make it up to some of the most loyal rock fans around.
