  • Benmont will celebrate the release of his debut solo album, You Should Be So Lucky, at the Grammy Museum in Downtown Los Angeles on Thursday, February 13.

    The program for this intimate event will consist of an interview with Benmont, audience Q+A, and a special solo performance.


    Tickets to this special event are extremely limited, cost $20 plus applicable fees, and will be available via the following methods:

    Via an American Express presale starting Thursday, January 23 at 10:30 AM PT and ending Thursday, January 30 at 11:59am PT.

    Fans who purchase tickets during this presale will receive a CD copy of Benmont's You Should Be So Lucky, courtesy of the Grammy Museum.


    The general public onsale for this event will begin Thursday January 30 at NOON PT here 


    A limited number of tickets have been held for Highway Companions Club members and will be given away at random to interested members via a lottery. 

    HCC members interested in winning a pair of tickets to this event will find a simple lottery entry form here beginning Thursday, January 23.

    Winners will be chosen and notified on Wednesday, January 29th, prior to the general public on sale.

    Due to overwhelming demand, Benmont has announced a third intimate show at Largo in Los Angeles on Saturday, February 22.


    Tickets for this show will go on sale here to the general public at on Tuesday, January 14 at 11am PT.


    A limited number of tickets for this show will be made available to members of the Highway Companions Club via a special presale at on Tuesday, January 14 at 10am PT.


    Highway Companions Club members will shortly receive an email with a presale access code that can be used to purchase tickets.

    Benmont's Debut Solo Album Coming February 18 - Los Angeles Album Release Shows on February 20 and 21


    Blue Note Records will release the debut solo album from Benmont Tench, You Should Be So Lucky, on February 18, 2014. Produced by legendary producer Glyn Johns, the album was recorded to tape at Sunset Sound in Los Angeles and features Benmont handling lead vocals, piano and organs, joined by a team of collaborators including a core band of Don Was, Ethan Johns, Blake Mills and Jeremy Stacey and contributions by Ryan Adams, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings,Joel Jerome, Tom Petty and Ringo
