At a time of recession, unemployment, and re-evaluation, I have found happiness! I cannot wait to just forget about EVERYTHING and listen to Tom in concert. I will be rollerblading to this album/CD this spring!

As a 47 year-old life long TP/Heartbreakers Fan, this tune sounds like the result of supremely talented musicians getting together and doing WHAT they LOVE - with WHO they LOVE. It’s just one song, but it reminds me of a much more “authentic” track from “You’re Gonna Get It” which ironically was apparently first titled, “Terminal Romance” (according to Wikipedia). I was a college student when I first got deep into the album but it SO captured the ups and downs of chasing a chick who you knew was gonna break your heart – but “she” had to be a part of your life story – anyway. Nice work TP and the Boys. No offense to anyone “musically” ‘cause it sounds GREAT but this tune SO reminded me of this college part of my life that - I miss Stan.

When does the pre-sale start for the Atlanta & Nashville Show? Trying to make one of those, the tour list does not say. Also will there be any additional shows added to the list? So excited about the new album and tour. Doing all I can to attend. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers are the greatest!!!

Tom, I've been a fan from day one of the Heartbreakers. My oldest daughter grew up listening to your music and we share a common tattoo - flying "V" guitar thru a heart. Last year when you played MPLS MN she was able to get your autograph just be for the concert as you left your hotel. She always said her dream in life was to meet you, thanks for all the great music and memories. I've never missed a concert of yours in MN and I'll be there again in 2010... Dano

I heard a local radio deejay in December describe the band's upcoming album. He said that TP said, that it was going to be "bluesy" and that he was going to let Mike do what he does best, wail on the guitar. It was going to be kind of "jammy" like the Alman Brothers. It's a little different, but not too bad, as far as I'm concerned.
