Of the many highlights from the 2012 Tour, Steve Winwood's guest appearance with the Heartbreakers at the second of two sold out shows at the Royal Albert Hall stands out as one of the most poignant.

As Tom explains in this video before welcoming Steve to the stage, there would be no Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers without the early influence of their English heroes, of which Steve is certainly one.

    Enjoy.

Over the course of the European tour, the band creatively gave away front row tickets hours before the shows using Twitter to spread the word.

As you can see from this video, fans had the opportunity to jump, scavenge, or sing their way into some of the best seats in the house!

Chapter 12 of our series features Mike talking about two different but distinctive guitars in his collection.

As Mike explains and demonstrates, the Fender Jaguar became synonymous with the Surf Sound in the early sixties and remains so to this day. Surf music played on the Jaguar was an inspiration to Mike in his early career and has crept its way into the Heartbreakers repertoire at various points in their career.

Also in this chapter we are introduced to the Mike Campbell Duesenberg, a special edition which you may recognize from one very large gig in particular...
